How are you shaping the razor into a u shape? By just filing the two corners off?

Fantastic technique with the razor blade. I have always used sanding only, and had minimal success.

    Thanks again

Learn the basics first. Learn what you can from books, and then practice, it’s the only way your gonna learn. Good luck.

I have used this trick for many years, it is a good trick. Be careful when using it on runs and sags because of the amount of accumulated paint, those areas take much longer to cure. These areas will shrink in time and the run/sag will seem to appear again.

I’ve seen that done to runs and sags but on a piece of dirt…looks like your carving a low spot in the clear or a divit in single.
