I suggest you give S.C.O.R.E. (Senior Corp of Retired Executives – a volunteer organization of retirees) a call or email and make an appointment. They give FREE counselling to people starting businesses, and can answer your two questions plus give you a lot of helpful information. An hour session there will save you a lot of running around looking for the answers on your own. There are several chapters in the state, I know the one in Columbus is excellent – they were very knowledgeable and were excited about helping.
